1 — Information We Collect

We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and improve this service. Specifically:

• Contact form data — when you send us a message, we collect your name, email address, selected topic, and message body.
• Server logs — our hosting provider automatically records IP addresses, browser user-agent strings, referring URLs, and the timestamps of page requests. These logs are retained for security and diagnostic purposes only.
• Game session data — scores and game state are stored in JavaScript memory only and are never transmitted to our servers.

2 — How We Use Your Information

Information you provide through the contact form is used exclusively to:

• Respond to your enquiry, bug report, or feature request.
• Follow up on open issues if you have opted in to further communication.

Server log data is used exclusively for:

• Diagnosing technical errors and downtime.
• Detecting and blocking malicious traffic or abuse.

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal data with advertisers or third-party marketing platforms under any circumstances.

3 — Cookies & Local Storage

This site currently uses no tracking cookies and sets no third-party cookies. The game stores nothing in localStorage or sessionStorage — all game state (score, lives, ghost positions) exists only in runtime memory and is discarded when you close or refresh the page.

If we introduce persistent hi-score storage in a future update, this policy will be updated and users will be informed via the changelog below.

4 — Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Google Fonts — fonts are loaded via fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP when serving these assets. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Hosting provider — server-level access logs are retained by our hosting provider per their data-processing agreement.

No analytics platforms (e.g. Google Analytics, Mixpanel) are loaded on this site.

5 — Data Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for a maximum of 12 months from the date of receipt, after which they are permanently deleted unless an ongoing support thread requires longer retention.

Server access logs are automatically purged after 90 days by our hosting provider.

7 — Children's Privacy

All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2 or higher. Contact form submissions are stored in access-controlled environments.

No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If you discover a security vulnerability, please disclose it responsibly by emailing [email protected] rather than opening a public issue.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
